Why are women less visible than men in the digital economy? Ben Harmanus & Julia Lenhard first asked themselves this question in 2016, when women were as rare on the stages of digital conferences as virtual conference formats.

Therefore, Julia and Ben designed an online conference about marketing technologies, tactics and trends - with a 100% female speaker line-up. The high number of participants and the consistently positive response in the social networks has underlined the purpose of the #DMKwomen.
